MAES High School Student Chapter at Washington High School (the High School for Engineering Professions)

The Society of Mexican American Engineers and Scientists (MAES) High School Student Chapter is one of several High School Chapters across the US.   The student Chapter at the High School for Engineering Professions consists of about 30 students.  Students will interact with MAES professionals to learn more about engineering careers of which they are interested in pursuing.  The local MAES Professional chapter will make plans with the students to sponsor field trips at various facilities where engineers are employed.  In addition, MAES Professional members will serve as role models to the students advising them on questions students may have with regards to college, engineering fields, classes and the like.

The MAES Club at The High School for Engineering Professions has been in existence for over 15 years, the longest in the history of the MAES organization!
